After months out of the game it would seem that former Croatian Under 21 internationals Hjorve Vukovic and Dario Smoje are both finished with football.Vukovic was a regular performer at Alemania Aachen two seasons ago, but after the end of his contract he chose not to return to the game. The 30 year old former Hajduk Split man in fact has chosen to take up a career in Djing. Smoje, once of Dinamo Zagreb and AA Gent also looks to be bowing out of the game. Smoje is often seen on the fashion circuit with his wife Kristina and also attended the wedding of his friend Bosko Balaban. Smoje has rarely played any football now for two seasons. He last played for Pananios but terminated his contract in January.
Similarly, it would appear Antonio Franja, formerly of Vitoria Setubal and NK Zagreb has ended his playing career. Currently Ivan Bosnjak, Tomislav Sokota, Goran Sablic and Dino Drpic are all redundant, but there plans are not yet known.
