ZAJEC SET TO CUT DODO

Brazilian striker Dodo could still be heading out of Dinamo Zagreb this week after failing to impress once again in the 2-1 defeat to Rijeka. Although Filip Loncaric and Milan Badelj were responsible for soft concessions, Dinamo coach Velimir Zajec is believed to be unhappy with the output of Dodo. The player has not scored in 5 games played so far this season. Miroslav Slepicka escaped criticism due to netting twice, whilst Ilija Sivonjic is being used on the wings. Ante Rukavina will take over the striking responsibilities in midweek. Dodo was expected to go on loan with Lokomotiva, however Loko coach Roy Ferencina was keener to see Domagoj Antolic arrive.

Dodo may still be heading out on loan this week. Dinamo are still lining up Montenegro international Fatos Beciraj, although this may put in jepordy Andrej Kramaric chances of first team football. Dinamo fans wish to see Kramaric gain more minutes than he is currently recieved.

Meanwhile, whilst Dinamo are strengthening Josko Svasgusa has suggested Hajduk Split may be prepared to take whats on the table for their two best players Senijad Ibricic and Ivan Strinic if they go out of Europe. Their departure would lead to the promotion of Goran Jozinovic and Marin Tomasov, although playmaker Mario Ticinovic could still be sent out on loan to Karlovac.
