PROBLEMS FOR ISTRA AND ZAGREB

Zagreb's goalscoring problems were once again on show after their 0-0 draw with Celje. Coach Ivo Susak has just one established striker in Ivan Krstanovic who had a difficult season last term. Davor Vugrinec has not reappeared at the club after his contract expired. Zagreb will hope the 36 year old who blasted 18 goals for them last campaign will make a decision soon. Forwards Ivan Bosnjak and Dario Zahora are also taking their time deciding their next destination. Zahora will need to do more if he is to win a contract whilst on trial with Debrecen, so could yet arrives in HNL1.

Istra meanwhile only have two forwards and may not benefit from playing playmakers Dragan Zupan and Armend Alimi in support of Asim Sehic. Istra will assess the situation of Zahora. Elsewhere Lokomotiva Zagreb have lost star player Tomislav Martinac to French Ligue 2 side Strasbourg. Martinac's transfer could open the door for Lokomotiva to loan another player from Dinamo with such players as Domagoj Antolic and Mario Situm a possibility.

Transfermarkt.de shows that Goran Sablic, Tomo Sokota, Ivan Bosnjak, Dario Smoje, Nikola Safaric, Karlo Primorac and Srbenko Posavec are still free agents and it has not been reported that any of these players are currently under taking trials.
